In the course of the exercises, the servicemen of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation conducted an anti-terrorist operation to destroy illegal armed formations in hard-to-reach mountain areas.

According to the intelligence received, in the course of the planned actions, the bases for material support, equipment and live forces of the conventional enemy were completely destroyed, hostages were released.

During the exercises, appropriate methods were developed to conduct exploratory work in the areas where illegal armed formations were deployed, to damage and eliminate their material provision, weapons and military equipment, to free hostages and total destruction of conditional saboteurs.
