Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 9 January 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.

According to Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the sides exchanged views on current issues on bilateral and international agenda.

Due to some changes in the schedule of international events, an agreement was reached to postpone the date of the official visit of the Russian Foreign Minister to Tashkent from 12-13 January to 15-16 January.

Main points of the previously agreed program of Sergey Lavrov’s stay in Uzbekistan will remain unchanged.
