Uzbek President familiarizes himself with several projects

Uzbek leader visited Toshrabot neighborhood in Kyzyltepa district of Navoi region on Tuesday, 28 March.

UzA reported that Shavkat Mirziyoyev received information on projects on yarn processing with total cost of US$70 million.

President of Uzbekistan said that it is necessary to increase processing cotton yarn, which will improve income of population. He gave necessary orders on increasing volume of production of ready products from cotton.

Uzbek leader also inspected the project on processing of leather at Kamilla Group in Karmana district.

After launch, the enterprise will produce 20 million square decemeters of processed leather a year and export products for US$3.2 million.

Mirziyoyev said special attention should be paid to efficiency of the project and increase production of ready goods.
