According to reports, at least 80 people died and hundreds were injured in the result of the train accident in northern-western Spain.
A high-speed train derailed on a curve Wednesday near Santiago de Compostela in the Galician region. All thirteen cars of the train, which was running between Madrid and Ferrol, derailed.
According to Spanish media, the train was running at high speed. The train speed was 180 km/h, when the maximum allowed speed was 80 km/h.
