Uzbek President awards Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with Mustaqillik order

Uzbek leader signed a decree “On awarding the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with Mustaqillik order” on 22 October 2014.

The President of Turkmenistan was awarded “for great contribution to strengthening friendship and good-neighbourhood between Uzbek and Turkmen people, development of mutual beneficial and fruitful relations between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, as well as great contribution to peace and expansion of international cooperation”.
