Uzbek President appoints new head of Uzstandard

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov appointed new director-general of the Uzbek Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Uzstandard) on 1 June 2012.

In line with the presidential resolution, Abdusalam Qurbanov has been appointed as the director-general of the Uzbek Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
