Uzbek, Pakistani officials discuss bilateral ties, intl issues

The sides exchanged opinion on practical aspects of bilateral relations and actual issues of international and region character, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

They also considered trade-economic and investment cooperation. The sides underlined mutual interest in further development of cooperation in this direction and implementation of joint ventures in various sectors. Currently, there are 37 enterprises with Pakistani capital in Uzbekistan.

At the meeting, the sides considered issues of cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
