Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the “Professional Enlightenment” program, another training session was held to enhance the knowledge and qualifications of senior staff of the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan.

The event featured a presentation by Utkirbek Rakhimov, Chief Specialist in the Department of Environmental Diplomacy and Development of Bio-Farming under Global Climate Change Conditions. His report focused on “Best Practices Learned from the Seminar in Jeonbuk in Collaboration with the Jeonbuk International Agency (JBICA, Republic of Korea).”

The presentation showcased practical examples of implementing bio-farming based on the experience of Jeonbuk, including the use of organic fertilizers, water-saving irrigation techniques, soil fertility restoration, and mechanisms for cooperation between government institutions and local farmers.

Particular attention was given to digital monitoring systems, bio-product certification, and export mechanisms that meet international market standards. Effective methods were thoroughly analyzed and discussed with respect to their adaptation to local practices.

At the conclusion of the session, participants received answers to their questions and exchanged views on developing legal culture and increasing staff accountability.

Such educational activities are conducted regularly to strengthen professional skills and enhance the legal awareness of ministry employees.
