In particular, Uzbek leader approved a protocol on introduction of changes to the agreement on holding agreed policy in standardization, metrology and certification from 13 March 1992. The protocol was signed on 22 November 2007 in Ashgabat.
Islam Karimov also approved a protocol on introduction of changes to the agreement on exemption from payment of customs duties and taxes and issue of special permission for transportation of special normative documents, standards, measurement tools, standard examples, transported for inspection and certification from 10 February 1995. The protocol was inked on 22 November 2007 in Ashgabat.
President approved a protocol on introduction of changes and amendments to agreement on cooperation on ensuring single traceability in the armed forces of states - parties to the Agreement on coordinated policy in the field of standardization, metrology and certification from 3 November 1995. The protocol was signed on 21 May 2010 in St. Petersburg.

Uzbek President Islam Karimov entrusted Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to send notification to the depository on execution of internal procedures, necessary for entrance of the documents into force.
