Uzbek leader appoints first deputy state adviser of economic issues

According to the presidential decree from 7 August, Shavkat Tulyaganov was appointed as the first Deputy State Adviser to the President of Uzbekistan on economic and social policy.

At this post he will coordinate operations of free economic zones and small industrial zones.
