Uzbek Lawyers Study Alternative Dispute Resolution in Poland

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Trainees of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel paid a working visit to the Lewiatan Arbitration Center in Poland.

The purpose of the visit was to study the activities of arbitration courts, familiarize themselves with international experience in dispute resolution, and explore mechanisms of alternative conflict settlement.

During the meeting, participants discussed ways to improve arbitration procedures, enhance the efficiency of resolving disputes between business entities, as well as practical training opportunities for young lawyers.

In addition, a detailed presentation was delivered to the guests, highlighting the history, stages of development, and current functioning of the arbitration institution in Poland.
