Uzbek, Kyrgyz leaders note satisfaction of ongoing development of partnership

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 July 2019, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke with the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov over the phone.

Sooronbay Jeenbekov, on behalf of people of Kyrgyzstan and on his own behalf, sincerely congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on his birthday, wishing good health, prosperity and success.

Leaders of the two countries noted with satisfaction the ongoing development of Uzbekistan – Kyrgyzstan strategic partnership.

Active mutual contacts at various levels, positive dynamics of commodity turnover, intensive humanitarian exchanges have been emphasized.

An agreement has been reached on continuing joint efforts, including within the framework of existing intergovernmental commissions, in order to strengthen friendship and good-neighborliness between the two countries and people.
