Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 22 November, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Tashkent State Law University and the South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov.
The agreement on strategic partnership and effective cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, being a logical continuation of historical friendship, brought the mutual political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties of the two countries to a qualitatively new level.
This year, the Year of Kazakhstan is being held in Uzbekistan. The activities carried out within its framework provide an opportunity to expand mutually interested relations between representatives of art, science, education, culture, entrepreneurship and serve as an important factor in the exchange of knowledge and experience.
The agreement between the universities of the two states was signed to ensure the expansion and strengthening of international relations, the implementation of joint programs of higher and secondary specialized, vocational education, the promotion of achievements on an international scale.
The agreement stipulates the training of legal personnel by the parties, cooperation in the scientific field, and the implementation of academic exchange programs.
At the event on the occasion of the signing of the agreement, strengthening of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in all directions was noted. The parties emphasized that this agreement will contribute to the development of modern knowledge and technologies, in the conditions of international integration will open the way to increasing competitiveness and enhancing mutual interest.
