Uzbek Justice Minister holds meeting with Ambassador of Saudi Arabia

Ikramov noted that Uzbekistan pays great attention to establishment of comprehensive and long-term cooperation with Saudi Arabia. The Minister stressed that political and legal and cultural ties between our countries have their roots deep into the centuries.

Muzraf Ikramov noted that Justice Ministries of two states are planning to sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

It was stated that the Memorandum in the future will serve to bring to a new stage of mutual cooperation between two countries in the legal sphere, establishing cooperation between the ministries of justice of the two countries.

Ambassador Hesham Meshaal Sowilem Al Sowilem expressed gratitude for the meeting and underlined that Saudi Arabia is ready for cooperation with Uzbekistan in all spheres.

Hesham Meshaal Sowilem Al Sowilem stressed that Uzbekistan is a close partner of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He said that Saudi Arabia supports the reforms, being carried out by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
