Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President “On measures to further improve the activities of the Uzbek-Japanese Youth Innovation Center at the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov” was adopted.
In accordance with the resolution, the coordination of the Uzbek-Japanese Youth Innovation Center will be carried out by the Ministry of Innovation Development.
The resolution entrusted the Center with tasks such as closely interacting with innovation centers and technology transfer centers, technology parks, high-tech laboratories, innovative laboratories, startup and business accelerators, the Youth Academy, etc.
The resolution approved the structure of the Center and the composition of the Board of Trustees of the Center.
In addition, the Center employees were given the opportunity to use for free:
- 7 inter-university research laboratories created using a loan obtained from preferential resources of the International Development Association;
- laboratories of the Center for Advanced Technologies under the Ministry of Innovative Development;
- Laboratory instruments of the Center for Collective Use at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry.
