Uzbek, Japanese diplomats discuss bilateral ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Uzbekistan Fumihiko Kato has been received at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 8 October 2013, the press service of the Uzbek ministry said.

During the talks the sides considered the meetings of the delegation of Uzbekistan with the Government and Parliament in Japan in Tokyo and the 13th round of political consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of two nations in September 2013 and practical issues of implementation of reached agreements.

The sides exchanged opinion on separate issues of bilateral and international character.
