Gulnara Salimova (Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan in Switzerland), Jiri Sedlacek (Director of Sales) and Thomas Thaler (Director of Innovative and Technical Marketing) participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, the Vice President of Gemalto noted that thanks to open investment policy, today Uzbekistan is one of the most attractive countries for international companies, especially in the field of innovation and ICT. In turn, Shermatov said that the Ministry of Innovation is open to cooperation with world corporations to stimulate innovative development of the real sector of the economy.

Following the meeting, both sides agreed to draw up a list of all possible projects in the field of innovation and continue close cooperation.
