Uzbek Govn’t to send plane to Kazakhstan to bring victims of road accident victims
Uzbek Foreign Ministry said that employees of the consular department of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan flight to Aktobe on 23 June to help victims of the road accident near Karabutak village in Aktobe region.
The ministry said that in line with the order of leadership of Uzbekistan, it is working on agreeing organization of special flight of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to Aktobe and back to bring bodies of dead and injured citizens of Uzbekistan to home.
At 10:20 on 22 June 2017 the two-story Mercedes passenger bus rolled over in Aktobe region of Kazakhstan on the 946 km of the Samara-Shymkent route.
During the road accident, there were 52 people on the bus, 50 of them are citizens of Uzbekistan and 2 - citizens of Kazakhstan. The bus was heading on route Volgograd-Shymkent.
According to preliminary information, as a result of the accident, 9 citizens of Uzbekistan were killed.
