The document provides for the implementation of the “Five Million AI Leaders” project as a continuation of the “One Million Programmers” initiative. As part of this effort, a national competition is held annually to recognize participants with the highest achievements.
Winners of the competition receive cash prizes and valuable gifts. Awards include a cash prize equivalent to US$1,000 for 100 teachers, overseas trips for 10 teachers, laptops for 500 young participants, and additional valuable gifts for another 500 individuals.
Furthermore, three higher education institutions receive cash prizes, and two secondary schools are awarded the “President’s Gift” in the form of electric vehicles.
Within the framework of the “Heirs of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi” project, young people are provided with opportunities for free training in modern digital professions, including IT project management and startup project management, as well as foreign language study.
Additional training is offered free of charge for courses leading to international professional IT certifications.
The initiative aims to develop a new generation of highly qualified IT specialists and prepare youth for in-demand, high-paying professions of the future.
