Uzbek-German Savdogarbank to increase charter capital up to 30bn soums

During the extraordinary meeting, the shareholders approved the maximum size of announced shares. In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank has right to place additional 60 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each.

The shareholders also introduced chances to the charter capital of Savdogarbank.

The bank said that currently the charter capital of Savdogarbank makes up 24 billion soums.
