Uzbek Foreign Ministry hosts meetting with the Ambassador of Turkey

On 16 May 2018, a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey, Ahmet Bashar Shen was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the conversation, practical aspects of Uzbekistan – Turkey relations were discussed, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The Ambassador was officially informed that at the extraordinary summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Istanbul on 18 May 2018, the Republic of Uzbekistan will be represented by a delegation led by the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Nigmatilla Yuldoshev.
