Uzbek FM receives US deputy special representative

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the US delegation led by Deputy Special Representative of the United States on Afghanistan and Pakistan Laurel Miller on 20 June 2014.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the sides considered separate issues of the Uzbek-US relations during the talks.

They also exchanged opinion on international issues and special attention was allocated to situation in Afghanistan and its impact to developments in the region.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Uzbekistan George Krol participated at the event.
