Uzbek FM receives new Slovenian envoy

Ambassador handed over credentials, addressed to the President of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

During the meeting, the sides considered current state and perspectives of developing of the Uzbek-Slovenian cooperation in political-diplomatic, trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian spheres, including in format of Uzbekistan-EU.

The sides underlined necessity to expand agreement-legal base of bilateral cooperation as both countries interested in further expanding mutual beneficial contacts among state and public organizations, business circles, civil society institutes.

At the meeting, the sides also considered regional and international issues, representing mutual interest.
