Uzbek FM receives new envoy of Slovak Republic
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Slovak Republic to Uzbekistan Pavol Ivan on 14 August 2013.
Minister received a copy of credentials from the Ambassador, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan stated.
After the ceremony, the sides exchanged opinion on perspective directions of the Uzbek-Slovak interaction in bilateral format and within the Uzbekistan-EU dialogue.
The sides underlined mutual interest in further expansion of relations in political, trade-economic, investment, tourism and other areas.
The Uzbek and Slovak officials considered several international and regional issues.
