Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 21 February 2020, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ilkhom Nematov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic, Jan Bory.

According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, at the meeting, the parties considered current issues of Uzbekistan – Slovak cooperation both in a bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations.

Mutual interest has been confirmed in enhancing interaction, conducting joint events dedicated to various dates.

The parties also exchanged views on cooperation in IT technologies. Other issues on the general agenda were also considered at the meeting.
