Uzbek envoy to China wraps up his diplomatic mission

Assistant Foreign Minister of China Li Huilai met with outgoing Uzbek Ambassador to China Doniyor Kurbanov

Li Huilai highly rated Doniyor Kurbanov’s contributions to promoting China-Uzbekistan relations as Uzbek Ambassador to China during his five-year tenure.

He expressed hope that Doniyor Kurbanov could continue to contribute to the development of China-Uzbekistan comprehensive strategic partnership at his new post.

Uzbek Ambassador Doniyor Kurbanov thanked China for its strong support to him during his tenure, and expressed that he fully cherished the precious time when working in China and he will, as always, make unremitting efforts to push forward the Uzbekistan-China friendly cause.

Both sides exchanged views on further strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields.
