Uzbek Consul General meets Governor of Novosibirsk region

During the meeting, the sides considered perspective directions of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Russian region.

Abdurakhim Kayumov said that one of priority directions of cooperation is development trade-economic relations, in particular, in agriculture industry.

He said that Novosibirsk region was selected as a pilot project on organization of supply of agriculture products from Uzbekistan.

In his turn, Vasiliy Yurchenko underlined that the region is considering an investment project on creation of modern fruits and vegetables supply complex.

The Governor said that the complex will be able to keep various temperature regime. He said that the project will lift all business on fruit-vegetable supply business to new level.

At the end of the meeting, the Uzbek diplomat expressed gratitude to the Governor for the meeting, adding that such meetings will strengthen bilateral cooperation.
