The MFA noted that the Turkish government has imposed a temporary ban on public gatherings in six districts of the city until 11 September, including Beşiktaş, where Uzbekistan’s Consulate General is located. In addition, restrictions have been introduced on the use of certain foreign messaging applications.

Citizens are advised to stay away from crowded areas, avoid protest sites, and strictly observe local laws and regulations.
