Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - According to the information of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Ekaterinburg (Russia), on 16 February  2020, a traffic accident occurred on the Chelyabinsk-Troitsk highway in Chelyabinsk region, resulting in 2 deaths, including a citizen of Uzbekistan Z.S.

According to rescuers, there was a head-on collision of KIA Rio and VAZ 2115 cars. An emergency rescue team of the Troitsky detachment worked on the spot. Rescuers disconnected the batteries, provided first aid to the victims.

The Consulate General took control of the situation and, together with the Representative Office of the Agency for External Labor Migration of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan, resolves consular-legal and organizational issues on sending the body of the deceased to their homeland.
