Uzbek Citizen Detained in the U.S. with Five Driver’s Licenses

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A citizen of Uzbekistan was detained in Arizona, USA, after authorities discovered that he held five valid driver’s licenses, the U.S. Border Patrol reported.

The incident occurred following a traffic accident involving the 29-year-old truck driver. During verification, it was revealed that two of his licenses were issued in New York and three in Ohio.

Additionally, it was determined that the man had entered the United States illegally in April 2023. In July of the same year, an immigration court ordered his deportation, but he failed to comply and remained in the country. His case is now being processed through the appropriate deportation procedures.
