Uzbek border guards seize drugs from Tajikistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A large party of narcotics was seized in Uzbekistan at the border with Tajikistan, the press service of the Committee on state border protection of the National Security Service of Uzbekistan said.
Border guards of Uzbekistan seized 24 kg of narcotics in Chep settlement of Urgut district of Samarkand region on 15 October 2014.
The criminal case was opened and investigation is underway, the press service of the committee added.
