Uzbek Ambassador leaves for Turkey

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Turkey, Alisher Aghzamhodjayev left for Turkey today, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

The Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan approved the candidacy of Alisher Agzamhodjaev to the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Turkey on 25 August. 2017

Prior to this appointment, Alisher Agzamkhodjaev served as the head of the Department for Cooperation with CIS Countries, including with Russia, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
