UzBAT A.O. to pay dividends for 2013

In line with the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 2.639 soums of dividends per ordinary share or 1147% to the par value of the stocks. Last year, the company paid dividends for 5,043 soums per share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 24,647,557 units, the company said in a statement.

UzBAT A.O. allocated 65.045 billion soums for payment of dividends for 2013. Other part of net income for 65.048 billion soums was not distributed.
