Uzavtosanoat sells its shares in 32 dealer enterprises

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzavtosanoat put up for auction its shares in authorized capital of 32 dealer enterprises, the press service of the company said in a statement.

Sale of shares in the authorized capital of dealerships will increase the number of private dealerships, the company said.

“Each of them is a ready-made highly profitable business and includes a streamlined system for selling new cars, spare parts, as well as a system for the provision of car-care center services,” Uzavtosanoat said.

Private investors (legal entities and individuals) are invited to bid, wishing to invest in the development of a transparent system of car sales and their after-sales service.

The organizer of the auction is Respublika mulk markazi. Bidding will take place on January 21, 2019. The starting price ranges from 1.5 billion soums to 24 billion soums.
