Uzavtosanoat says GM Uzbekistan not to increase prices for its cars

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan will not change prices for its automobiles, the press service of Uzavtosanoat said in a statement on 1 August 2018.

The company said that it is comprehensively studying the issues of prices for cars produced by GM Uzbekistan in cooperation with relevant organizations and experts, taking into account the positive and negative aspects of this issue.

Uzavtosanoat underlined that information on prices for cars and the price list, widespread in social networks, is unreliable.

It should be recalled that chairman of the Board of Uzavtosanoat Shavkat Umurzakov said on 30 July that GM Uzbekistan will increase the prices for cars on average by 14% from 1 August 2018.
