Uzavtosanoat increases charter fund by 529.945 billion soums

The company will issue and place over 529.945 billion common shares with a par value of 1 soum each.

The shares will be placed by closed subscription to the State Competition Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to increase the state’s share in the authorized capital of Uzavtosanoat JSC at market value, but not lower than the nominal value through the OTC unorganized market in accordance with the procedure established by law.

After the issue of additional issue and placement of shares, the total size of the authorized capital of the company will be equal to 1.413 trillion soums.
