Uzavtosanoat directs 20% of 2009 net income for dividends payment

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Uzavtosanoat (Uzbek Car Industry) directed 20% of net income for 2009 to payment of dividends on state share.

Net income of the company made up 10.522 billion soums. The company will direct 2.104 billion soums to dividends payment.

Uzavtosanoat will pay 473.83 soums per ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 4,441,488.

Other 80% of net income or 8.417 billion soums will be directed for formation of reserve fund of the company.
