UzAuto Motors Introduces New Commercial Models Chevrolet Damas Max and Move

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — UzAuto Motors has announced the launch of two new commercial vehicles: the Chevrolet Damas Max cargo van and the Chevrolet Damas Move passenger model. Both vehicles have been developed with the needs of entrepreneurs and family clients in mind, offering an optimal combination of capacity, efficiency, and affordability.

The Chevrolet Damas Move is designed to accommodate seven passengers and fully meets modern requirements for comfort, safety, and functionality. The vehicle is suitable for both family trips and business purposes. Its spacious interior and thoughtful ergonomics are combined with a reliable technical base. Buyers can choose between two naturally aspirated engines: a 1.2-liter engine with 81 horsepower paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, and a 1.5-liter engine producing 103 horsepower with a 6-speed manual, ensuring versatility and efficiency in various operating conditions.

The Chevrolet Damas Max offers a payload capacity of up to 650 kg and a cargo compartment volume exceeding 3 cubic meters, making it an optimal solution for business use. The base configuration includes driver and front passenger airbags, ABS with EBD and electronic stability control, central locking, and a remote key. Climate comfort is provided by a dual-zone air conditioner in the Move and a single-zone system in the Max. Both vehicles are equipped with an anti-theft system and a factory-installed alarm.

The technical solutions focus on reliability and ease of maintenance: front independent MacPherson suspension, rear dependent leaf spring suspension, front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, and power-assisted steering. The interior is designed in a practical style with fabric upholstery, adjustable seats, cup holders, and two speakers.

Compared to the previous Damas version, the new models feature improved specifications: engine power has increased by 43 and 65 horsepower, payload capacity has grown by 250 kg, the cargo compartment volume in the cargo version has increased by 850 liters, and the vehicle dimensions are larger, with a length of 4425 mm, a width of 1670 mm, and a wheelbase of 2850 mm. The passenger version now includes a luggage compartment behind the third row of seats with a volume of 496 liters.

Recommended retail prices for the new models range from 134.4 million soums for the Damas Max 1.2 LV0 to 154.1 million soums for the Damas Move 1.5 LV1. The exact date for the start of sales will be announced separately.
