Uzagrosugurta to float shares for 7.427bn soums

According to the company, it will place 5,941,840 ordinary shares with par value of 1,250 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 7.427 billion soums.

Securities will be placed on closed subscription. According to Uzagrosufurta, Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan will buy 4,491,920 shares for 5.615 billion soums, Association “Uzpakhtasanoat” – 782,480 shares for 978.1 million soums.

Agrobank will acquire 502,640 shares for 628.3 million soums, Turonbank – 136,800 shares for 171 million soums and Qishloq Qurilish Bank – 28,000 shares for 35 million soums.
