"Uzaeronavigation" Launches Aviation Division with AVION Airline

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzaeronavigation Center has received an aircraft operator certificate and launched its own aviation operations.

As part of this initiative, the AVION airline was established — a specialized provider for testing and calibrating radio-technical equipment and aerodrome lighting systems.

The project operates using a modern laboratory aircraft equipped with high-precision instruments for flight inspections and compliance assessments of air navigation systems according to ICAO international standards.

Creating an internal provider allows key inspections to be conducted entirely in-house, ensuring higher speed, precision, technological efficiency, and independent control.

AVION performs a critical, though often invisible, role in maintaining the reliability and safety of every flight, the Uzaeronavigation Center noted.
