USAID delegation visits Prosecutor-General’s Office

The press service of the Prosecutor-General’s Office said that the US delegation received information on status of prosecutor bodies, their main functions and tasks, etc.

Hoffman presented position of the US side on current projects in Central Asia and perspectives of the Uzbek-US cooperation. He expressed interest in cooperation in such areas as criminal process and fight against human rights and corruption.

At the meeting, the sides also changed opinion on issues related to participation of the US experts in training and publication of articles in scientific magazines.
