US diplomat congratulates Uzbekistan with Ramadan-Hayit

“On behalf of the people of the United States and my colleagues at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to all people of the Muslim faith in Uzbekistan on the occasion of Ramadan-Hayit,” the message reads.

“During the past holy month, a time of blessings and forgiveness, millions of Muslim Americans joined their brothers and sisters around the world in self-purification, prayer, and acts of charity,” the diplomat said.

“I wish you all continued peace, long-lasting happiness and good health in the years to come. Ramadan-Hayit Mubarak,” the message concludes.
