Uruguay clinch last minute victory over Egypt

Uruguay opened their World Cup campaign with a narrow victory over Egypt in the Group A match on Friday.
The match was held in Yekaterinburg, and the South Americans won with a narrow score - 1:0.
Jose Gimenez scored an only goal of the match on 89 minutes after free-kick.
