Universities of Uzbekistan to accept over 87,160 students in 2018/2019 academic year

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev with his resolution from 4 June approved quotas for admission to universities of the country for 2018-1019 academic year.

According to the document, the universities of Uzbekistan will admit 87,165 people to Bachelor degree courses, including 19,240 – on state grants and 67,925 people – on payment-contract base.

In the new academic year, the quota for admission to Master degree courses set at 5,940 people, including 1,556 on state grants and 4,384 on payment-contract base.
