New head of State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan was appointed, the Uzbek ministry said at its official page at Facebook.
According to the Ministry, Ulugbek Kurbanov was appointed as head of State Protocol Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
