Ulugbek Bakhadyrov Appointed as Chairman of Humo
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ulugbek Bakhadyrov has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the National Interbank Processing Center JSC, the operator of the Humo payment system.
The decision was made by the sole shareholder on 12 September and confirmed by the Supervisory Board on 15 September, according to the Unified Corporate Information Portal.
Bakhadyrov previously chaired the Supervisory Board of the NIPC and has extensive experience in the financial sector and corporate governance. His professional background is closely linked to the development of payment services and strategic management.
The appointment of an internal specialist as Chairman is expected to ensure effective use of accumulated expertise, in-depth knowledge of company processes, and a strong understanding of its specific operations, creating conditions for stable growth and further development of Humo.
Dilshod Sarihodjaev, Advisor to the Director of the Central Bank’s Main Information Center, has been appointed the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Maksadjon Mukhitdinov, who had served as Acting Head of the company since 20 May, has returned to his position as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
During his tenure, Mukhitdinov ensured the uninterrupted functioning of the system and the fulfillment of the company’s key tasks. The NIPC expressed gratitude to him for his effective service.
