Ukraine ratifies protocol of free trade treaty with Uzbekistan

Parliament of Ukraine passed a draft law on ratification of the Protocol on the implementation of the Free Trade Area Agreement from 18 October 2011 between the Parties and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to local media, a234 MPs voted for the bill.
Uzbekistan will not impose import and export duties on Ukraine in line with the protocol.
At the discussion, MPs underlined that the protocol will boost trade-economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Ukraine. It was noted that Uzbekistan is reliable partner of Ukraine in the region.
