Two pollen traps installed in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two VPPS 2010 pollen traps were installed in Tashkent, the press service of the Ministry of Innovative Development said in a statement.

The traps were installed at the Advanced Technology Center of the Ministry of Innovation Development and the Doctor Maksudova Clinic in Tashkent in partnership with the Vienna Medical Institute.

According to the Ministry, the traps will allow to monitor and predict the onset of the allergic season, which will create conditions for prevention of exacerbations of diseases and the control of seasonal allergies.

The findings will help doctors narrow down the range of possible allergens and reduce the time for diagnosis, as well as reduce the number of unnecessary tests.

From 2019, the Ministry of Innovations is expected to publish the data, received from traps, on its website
