Two investors to buy shares of Trustbank
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Two investors announced about their intention to buy shares in the private open joint stock exchange bank “Trustbank”.
T. Sharipov is planning to buy 465,494 shares of 23.27% stake in Trustbank, the statement sad.
DIMINUR GROUP JV OJSC is planning to buy 342,131 securities in the Uzbek bank, which makes up 17.1% stake in the charter capital of Trustbank.
Trustbank, founded in Tashkent in 1994, is universal bank, which renders wide-range services to its clients.
