Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A land plot of 2 hectares with a starting price of 447.4 million soums was sold for 1.6 billion soums in Bukhara district of Bukhara region.

The winner of the land also pledged to invest 20 billion soums in 18 months. This was reported by the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It permits the construction of construction and installation organizations, public transport organizations, production facilities and garages.
